Leave Room for Healthy Fats

While a salad is the best way to get greens in your day it can also be a great way to get too many fats.
I like to top a salad with avocado and slivered almonds. However adding those with an oil based dressing makes your salad too high in fat,  even the healthy kind.
Cynthia Sass gives us a picture of the ingredients to her No Oil dressing. The mustard gives it lots of flavor and helps it cling to your leaves.

She calls for Spicy Mustard but you can pkay with other kinds of mustard flavors to suit your taste.
For endurance athletes the turmeric in mustard is a great way to reduce muscle inflammation.
